“I’m stuck!” – or are you..?

10 November 2021

A common thought while doing self-awareness work, or in other places in life, is “I’m stuck”. It’s a pretty vague metaphor that can mean many different things. Still, our mind tends to take it as a truth and gets busy with figuring out why we are stuck and what we need to do to get out of there.

What would happen if we instead found out WHO it is feeling stuck? And allowing the emotions and sensations to be felt? I’ll give you a clue: these parts would feel safe to let go of their story and “you” would feel a lot freer.

In this episode of the Uncover YOU podcast, I give you three likely (but more sneaky) reasons why a voice is saying “I am stuck” and how you can offer it real help.
