About Self Mastery

A way to understand and change your inner world of emotions,

thoughts and beliefs. And to experience yourself beyond that.

You might have tried various types of therapy, books and self-help programs but felt like they didn’t take you all the way. In Self Mastery you will learn how your mind works and where your reactions and behaviours come from. Most importantly you will get the tools to change unconscious beliefs and release stored emotions in a safe and natural way.

To make changes to our neural pathways, theory is not enough. This is a practical step-by-step training program where you will gain greater self awareness and skills of observing and change your patterns that you will benefit from for the rest of your life.

When you start changing the underlying belief system you will see changes to your reactions, thought processes and emotions you might not have thought was possible. Freedom from patterns that have been running you. Personal freedom to be and create what you want.

You might be suffering from depression, anger, jealousy, relationship drama, self judgments, stress, insecurity, over achievement, controlling behaviour or simply a feeling that life should be more than this. People that have had great success with this training are the ones ready and motivated to do the work. They have reached a point where they sincerely want to see change in their life or are longing for a deeper experience of who they are and of more profound joy.

Self Mastery can also be a tremendous help in understanding and healing traumatic experiences. If you have trauma in your background we will talk about techniques that can be added to achieve deep healing.

About Eva Beronius

Eva started her journey with Self Mastery work in 2015 when she came upon the teachings of Gary van Warmerdam. Prior she had tried various therapies for many years but didn’t see the changes she wanted on a deeper level.

When finding the Self Mastery work she could notice a significant positive change. Since then she has combined various practices for body, mind, emotion and soul that has lead to big shifts for her and others.

Her own journey has included transforming a state of PTSD and anxiety with symptoms like panic attacks, depression and trust-issues into a fulfilled and happy life. She has experience with various techniques in trauma therapy and personal growth. Such as meditation, somatic experiencing, breath work, yoga, embodied movement, EMDR, belief systems and more. She is passionate about the connection between mind-body-emotions and how we can access change by bypassing the rational mind.

Today she is teaching workshops and retreats around the world, hosting online meditation courses and working with individual clients. She believes one of the most important pieces to healing is connection – with yourself, with others and with life itself – and her coaching is signified by presence, non-judgement, compassion and truth.

Eva has a background in dance and choreography and has been working in management positions within digital communication for the past 15 years. She has practiced yoga for 20 years and received her teacher certificate in Peru with School Yoga Institute in 2016. She lives with her daughter in Stockholm, Sweden.

Ways to do the Self Mastery work

You are your best teacher and guide. But because of domestication, ego, social structures, religion and other belief structures it might be difficult to access that power. Instead the program of your agreements and beliefs, often unconscious, are running you without you knowing it. A coach can guide you in becoming aware of what’s going on underneath your symptoms and give you tools to break free from behaviours, emotional reactions and beliefs that don’t serve you and cause suffering. So that you truly can live the life you want for yourself and be your own coach. That’s Self Mastery.

The Self Mastery work is currently available in English on pathwaytohappiness.com. When you do a training with me we will be following that program supported with individual coaching sessions. There are plans for an upcoming Swedish version of the online program.
