Disassociating from feeling unworthy – Live Coaching #2 with Tina

12 October 2022

When setting the intent to grow our capacity to feel, we’ll be faced with all the patterns we’ve built to avoid feeling. Eating, thinking positive thoughts, meditating, ignoring, lashing out, distracting, blaming, shopping, and more. We can see these as obstacles in the way and reasons why we’ll never be able to reach our intent. OR. We could see it as an invitation to meet with and understand the layers that have been formed as protection.

This is what we’re doing in the second coaching session with Tina in the Uncover YOU podcast. Tina has been experiencing stronger emotions the past few weeks and is navigating that. She’s also discovering a pattern of disassociating from feeling unworthy, and we’re meeting with protector parts that are concerned about feeling more.

This episode is part of a series on the podcast where you get to listen to me coaching Tina as she’s moving through my alchemical group program Being Me.
