3 practical hacks to accelerate inner change

When we’re trying to change the current program of our mind, we’re faced with somewhat of a pickle: The tool we have to change it with is also what we’re trying to change. Often, the current program of our mind can’t even dream up what could be possible. What life could look like or what we’re capable of. It can’t see outside of itself. And IF it can, it often feels victimized by the fact that we’re not there yet. 

So how can we change our inner world when we seem stuck in an old one? I found that there were three tangible things that accelerated my own inner change and that I see accelerating people’s growth again and again when used well.
