Two of the most common misconceptions about feeling emotions I hear are:

  1. They are too intense or uncomfortable. (I drown in them, and then nothing good comes out of feeling them.)
  2. My emotions make me weak. (If it wasn’t for this social anxiety and fear, I would have so many friends and be so successful.)

This week’s episode takes them apart and looks at a more truthful perspective that will move you out of fear about feeling – also the uncomfortable emotions.
