There’s not ONE way to shift your jealousy, anger, people-pleasing, insecurity or sense of walking on eggshells in relationships. I strongly believe that there are many paths to shift protection patterns and heal underlying emotional wounds. We need to understand and hear it differently than someone else, so when you find a teacher, coach or guide that speaks to you – go deep with them.
AND. There’s one thing I see missing in a lot of inner work addressing reactive relationship dynamics. When it’s lacking, people get stuck in confusion, wondering why they don’t see the shifts promised. It’s so crucial that you can do everything else right and still get no results from all your efforts.
What it is? It’s to look at where you’re doing the work from.
