Past protection mechanisms to heal the wound

06 September 2023

You know that situation when you’re not sure if it’s you or them? If you’re overreacting from a past wound being touched, or if someone did something you should set a boundary with? In these situations we mostly tend to get stuck in the protection layers, directing the attention away from ourselves.

In this week’s episode, we explore how to follow the thread into the wound underneath so it can heal.

When you do, you’ll be able to navigate relationships with others with more clarity, presence, and love. (Which sometimes means setting a boundary, but now you’re doing it out of love rather than fear…)

If you want the full initiation into the alchemist and the embodiment of alchemizing your wounds and old patterns then come join me in ALCHEMY. My month-long program that turns your suffering into love.
