Making suffering your ally

Do you feel like your painful experiences, how you were brought up, your trauma response, protection patterns, and wounds are the things holding you back in life? That they are the ones causing problems and making you broken somehow? That without them you’d be happy and have the life and relationships you long for?

I used to as well. Until I was shown that they weren’t the problem at all. They were actually here as the opportunity to grow into my full potential. Because I had a part that felt utterly alone and unsupported after a sexual abuse, I have learned to love deeply enough to heal wounds, and grown big enough to hold space for freeze, terror, and panic.

What happened to me is a blessing. It certainly didn’t feel like it at the time, and it certainly wasn’t okay or right to be abused. That’s not what I’m saying. But here we are, with our wounds, baggage, and conditioning. With our current state of protection mechanisms and reactions.

What do you think would bring you the most expansion in this life? To see yourself as the victim and broken because of your experiences and current state. OR to meet your experiences and current state as the opportunity to grow into your full bad-ass loving potential

This week’s episode guides you into this shift of perception and how you would be meeting yourself from there.

If you want the full initiation into the alchemist and the embodiment of alchemizing your wounds and old patterns then come join me in ALCHEMY. My month-long program that turns your suffering into love.
