Do you trust yourself to get the shifts you want?

05 October 2022

If you feel like you’re doing all the stuff in your personal work, but still don’t get the results you long for, there’s an underlying belief and habit you might have overlooked. It has to do with whether you learned to trust yourself and your actions to get results.

When growing up studying in school, going to gymnastics or learning to play the guitar – did you get overwhelmed by the feeling that you were doing it wrong and not good enough? And with that learned to manage that feeling by rebelling, giving up, blaming others, or something similar? Or, did you get a sense that when you studied, practiced and took action, you would get the grades you were going for and that your skills were growing?

Now, can you see how this might have an impact on how you approach your inner growth work? If you don’t trust yourself to get the results you want and haven’t learned to connect with the desire underneath your to-do-list, then you might seemingly be doing all the right things, and still not get where you want to go.

In this episode of the Uncover YOU podcast, I guide you through how this belief gets created, how it shows up and most importantly how you can rewire it. So that the actions you take actually have an impact and that the inner work you do will matter.
