3 wounded expressions of the feminine, and how to heal them

02 November 2022

The feminine has been suppressed and wounded in many of us, which has led to her never growing up, maturing, inside of you. Instead of being in charge and at home with the superpower of feeling and sensing, you might be suppressing your emotions or throwing them on someone else – expecting others to hold them when you don’t know how to.

A consequence of this is that you might develop patterns of people-pleasing, entitlement and/or blaming. Underneath them is an old wound of being dismissed in what you’re feeling, sensing that what you feel and need is not welcome, AND importantly – learning to assign A LOT of meaning to what you’re feeling.

In other words, you never learned to be present and know that what you’re feeling is okay, without needing to react or act on it. This is true for a large majority of the human population. The good news is that these patterns can quite easily be healed and matured.

This episode of the Uncover YOU podcast gives you an understanding of how the wounded vs healed dynamics of the feminine and masculine are alive in you. It outlines three common wounded expressions of the feminine and gives you a more truthful picture of them.

AND – what is needed to heal them.
