If you want to shift your inner patterns and heal old wounds, you’re going to need a very different relationship to your emotions than many cultures and societies have taught you. Many of the ways we see people relate to emotions are actually immature, meaning that a development that could have happened got paused or down-prioritized.

That doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you, and that the opportunity is over. Far from it. Building a new, more mature, relationship to your emotions is a journey that is never too late to take. When your inner relationship evolves, so will your outer.
