When you set out to heal a core wound and direct your attention toward it, it’s common to start to feel more. You’ll find yourself in the thick of all your most uncomfortable emotions and reactions.
A bit like you’re moving through a swamp, not sure if you’re moving toward solid ground. It’s messy, mucky, and exhausting. You’re wondering if there’s an end to the crying, the tantrums, and holding space for emotions.
So what’s on the other side? And are you ready to hold goodness when you get there – when you’ve been so used to struggling?
In this week’s episode, Wey describes what being out of the swamp feels like.
“Like having a filling meal and a good night’s sleep. And neutral. My mind is mostly silent. The old stories and situations are just…neutral.”
In our fifth session together we celebrate and digest Wey’s shifts so far, but also explore how she can grow her capacity for goodness.
Listen to discover how you can let go of your addiction to struggle, tension, and drama, and rewire for pleasure, ease, and joy.
