It’s easy for the mind to think that loving yourself is something you need to learn, but loving yourself is like coming home. You sink through the layers of self-rejection and arrive at… love. When you do, you’re aligning with a force greater than you. Directing that force towards yourself and places that have been in lack of it will change your experience at the core.
When you fully step into love, you step out of suffering (from anxiety, anger, insecurity, self-criticism, etc) – but not only that. You feel free, inspired, like life itself. Safe, playful, ready to create. If I can have it my way I’d like you to love yourself back into life.
If this sounds like “huh?” or “uhm yes please, where can I get me some” – listen to this week’s podcast episode.
It’s the second in our Turn On series this month, where we explore just how good things could get.
