The hidden structure behind mistrusting others

22 February 2023

What if the mistrust you feel for men, women, your partner, a random internet guy, the salesperson, or humans in general, is a reflection of the lack of trust you feel for yourself? Especially if you from a victim-state point at the other person and say “I can’t trust you and you need to do something about it”.

When you know how to handle uncomfortable situations, set boundaries, ask for what you want and feel painful emotions – and trust your own capacity to do so – there’s less need for the world to be different. Now you trust yourself to relate to any situation with integrity.

In this episode, I explore how you can use the sense of mistrust in others to find the parts of yourself that don’t trust you to take care of yourself.
