Most of us are being dragged around in the surface layers of the reactions in relationships. The anger, the withdrawal, the blame, the hyper-vigilance and the victimhood. By ourselves, our partner, and mostly the dynamic between both.

It’s not until we can get present and move through the surface layers of our reactions, that we’re able to express from a place that creates understanding AND heal the wound that shifts the pattern.

In this special episode, I take you through one of my own recent reactions and break down the layers I found. So you can look for the layers and the root in your own patterns.
