A key to shifting old conditioning, healing emotional wounds and reconnecting with yourself – is to meet with all parts of yourself from outside the old identification with the mind.
Meaning: with loving awareness.
There’s no more impactful way of doing that than to have the direct experience of yourself as consciousness. Because, when you sense consciousness inside of yourself, you’re not identified with your mind. Instead, you’re the space where any mind activity occurs.
While before you’d usually meet the parts of yourself from another part of your mind (that might be judgmental, wanting to fix, feel sorry for etc), you’re now able to drop into a truly observing place without agenda.
The not-fixing is paradoxically enough what is going to allow the shift in your old patterns to take place.
…that experiencing consciousness is not a skill that most of us have practiced in school or elsewhere growing up.
Quite the opposite, you’ve extensively practiced how to identify with your thinking mind and give it a lot of significance.
(Or fighting your mind and finding it overwhelming, harsh or stupid…)
This means the mind will put up some resistance when we start to go beyond it.
Also, we often have beliefs that sensing consciousness is an ability reserved for gurus, masters and nuns after 40 years of meditating in a cave.
That’s why I decided to break down the process that made it possible for my own (at that time) skeptical, analytical mind to access the state of consciousness.

The webinar will be around 75 minutes, with teachings for about 50 minutes and then ending with a Q&A session.
