These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Self Mastery and Beyond Stockholm AB (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By registering for The Embodied Relationship Academy (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Embodied Relationship Academy (ERA) is an online coaching and education program that provides the emotional, nervous system, and mindset work necessary to go from unmet in love to healing attachment wounds and cultivating loving, committed relationships.
As part of the Program, you will receive:
Lifetime access (as long as the platform exists) to a comprehensive library of pre-recorded video and audio practices.
Access to any additional material added to this library in the future.
Access to live calls, community, and support on Mighty Networks for six (6) months from the date of enrollment.
A minimum of twenty (20) live group sessions, with the possibility of more depending on the teaching flow and program calendar.
Optional: You may choose to add a Retreat Bundle (see Section 5).
You agree to pay one of the following options upon registration:
One-time payment: €4200 (save €200)
Six (6) monthly payments of €740
Twelve (12) monthly payments of €370
Alumni Early Bird: A special discount is offered to alumni during the June enrollment period only.
This is not a subscription. By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full cost of the Program, spread over the chosen number of installments. You are responsible for completing all payments in your chosen plan. You gain lifetime access to the practice library once you complete the full payment.
If any payment fails, we will issue up to three (3) reminders to update your payment method. If payment is not received within 7 days after the third reminder, your access to the Program, including all live sessions, community spaces, and the practice library, will be revoked.
Payment Authorization: By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method according to your selected schedule.
We offer a 14-day refund period to accommodate buyers who experience remorse or feel the Program is not the right fit. To request a refund, email support@selfmasteryandbeyond.com within 14 days of purchase with your full name, email, and date of purchase. You get a refund on the full amount less 3% in payment card process fee.
If a refund is granted, access to all Program content and communities will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted, and access to future content is forfeited.
After the 14-day period, no refunds or cancellations will be granted. However, in the case of illness or injury that prevents participation, you may request in writing to pause your 6-month live call access, which may be extended at our discretion. No access is guaranteed beyond what is agreed in writing.
Upon enrollment, you will gain access to two (2) spaces on Mighty Networks:
Practice Library Space: Lifetime access to the evergreen practice library.
Live Program Space: Six (6) months of access to the live calls, community, and support.
You agree to uphold community guidelines and treat all participants with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the community spaces without refund.
You may choose to enroll in the Retreat Bundle for a total of €6200, which includes attendance at one (1) retreat hosted in either Mexico or Spain within one (1) year of your signup.

Retreat logistics (dates, locations, travel, accommodation) will be announced separately. Travel and accommodation are not included unless otherwise stated.
All Program content is the property of Self Mastery and Beyond and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a single-use, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content solely for your personal development.
You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, or exploit any Program materials without prior written permission.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other participants within the Program spaces. Sharing screenshots, personal stories, or proprietary methods outside of the Program is prohibited.
Any violation of confidentiality or intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
The Program provides educational and self-development resources and does not constitute therapy or professional mental health care. Your results are your own responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden. Class actions are waived.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes.
Effective Date: This Agreement is effective upon your registration in the Program.
