TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any individual who enters or in any way participates in the Giveaway (each such individual is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”, or “you”) conducted by Self Mastery and Beyond Stockholm AB (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here.

APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED):

The Giveaway is subject to and governed by local laws and regulations. Participation in this Giveaway is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:

Geographical and Age Requirements: The Giveaway is open to residents of any country, who are at least 19 years of age or older at time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER:

Option 1: Leave a review on the Apple podcasts app

• Write a review on the Podcasts app:

1. Launch the Apple Podcasts app from your device (or download it from the App Store if you don’t already have it) and search for “The Uncover YOU podcast”, then click on the image of the podcast when it appears in the search results.
   On iPhone: use the Search tab in the bottom right corner.
   On Mac computer: use the Search bar in the top left corner.
2. Scroll down past the list of episodes to the Ratings & Reviews section.
3. Under the featured review, click on Write a Review. (You will get a prompt to sign in to iTunes using your Apple ID if you haven’t already done so.)
4. You can now give a star rating (tap up to five stars), add a title, and write your review in the space provided.
   Some ideas of what to include: why you listen to the show, what you like about it, your favorite episode(s), how the show has impacted you, what you’ve learned from listening to it, any insights or shifts you’ve experienced, or anything else.
5. Submit your review.
   Note: It can take up to 48 hours for Apple to approve a review, so expect a delay before your review is made public.

• Take a screenshot of your review:

1. Re-click on Write a Review beneath the featured review.
2. A page containing your review will open. You can also edit your review from this page.
3. Take a screenshot of this page.
   On iPhone: press the power button on the side and the volume up button at the same time. On older iPhone models, press the power button (located either on the side or on the top) and the Home button at the same time.
   On Mac computer: press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 4. Drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen you want to capture.

Entry Period: The Giveaway runs from 12:00am CET December 8, 2022 to 11:59pm CET December 31, 2022 inclusively. All entries must be made within the start and end dates. 

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Entries: The Company is not responsible for problems with Giveaway entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, incomplete, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties.

Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted.

False Fraudulent or Deceptive Entries or Acts: Participants who, in the view of the Company, provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the Giveaway will be disqualified.

ENTRY-METHOD RULES:

Participants must accurately complete all required fields (including properly following instructions for writing a review and/or posting an Instagram story) and upload the screenshot of their review and/or Instagram story using the form on the Giveaway webpage or the entry will be deemed incomplete and will not qualify.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated by, or associated with Instagram or Apple Podcasts. By submission of an entry, the Participant releases Instagram and/or Apple Podcasts from any responsibility or liability for the Giveaway’s administration, prizes or promotion. You are providing entry information to the Company and not to Instagram or Apple Podcasts.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning any prize will depend upon the number of Participants. Participants can increase their chances of winning by posting more than one story on Instagram (each story about the podcast counts as 1 entry) or by writing a review on the Apple Podcasts app as well as posting one or more stories on Instagram.

PRIZES:

This Giveaway has a total of 5 prizes: 3 winners will get a workshop and 2 winners will get a private coaching session.

The two winners who get a 75-minute coaching session with Eva will bring their question and something they’d like to work on. If they feel ready, Eva will guide them deep into their unconscious or back into their body and emotions (value $500).

The three workshop winners will get to choose between Loving Yourself, New Levels of Mastery, or the Feeling Me training (value $100).

Prizes are limited to 1 per Participant (maximum of 1 prize per person).

MARKETING

The Company has the right to share the Participant’s entry in their publicity materials for the Uncover YOU podcast, including but not limited to: on the podcast anniversary giveaway webpage, on social media, and in email newsletters.

PRIVACY

The Company will never release or sell the Participant’s contact information to anyone. The Participant’s contact details (name and email address) will be stored in an internal document until the winners are drawn on January 4 2023. Afterward, the list will be deleted and the Participant’s email address transferred to the Company’s email list. By entering, the Participant approves to receive weekly emails with new podcast episodes and other content. The Participant can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

If the Participant is selected as a winner, the Company has the right to publish their first name, including but not limited to: on the podcast anniversary giveaway webpage, in the email newsletter and on social media.
