Giveaway rules & winner selection process
The Giveaway runs from December 8, 2022 to December 31, 2022 inclusively. It is open to residents of any country, who are at least 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The five winners will be selected at random on January 4, 2023 and will be contacted by email. Multiple entries are permitted to increase your chances of winning, but prizes are limited to 1 per person.

How to enter: Two options
Your review and shares help other people find the podcast! How many new listeners can we get during December? As a thank you, you’LL get THE chance to win 1 of the 5 PRIZES mentioned above.
Option 1: Leave a review on the Apple podcasts app
- Click here to open the Uncover YOU podcast in the Podcasts app. If that doesn’t work, launch the Apple Podcasts app from your device (or download it from the App Store if you don’t already have it) and search for “The Uncover YOU podcast”, then click on the image of my podcast when it appears in the search results.
On iPhone: use the Search tab in the bottom right corner.
On Mac computer: use the Search bar in the top left corner. - Scroll down past the list of episodes to the Ratings & Reviews section.
- Under the featured review, click on Write a Review. (You will get a prompt to sign in to iTunes using your Apple ID if you haven’t already done so.)
- You can now give a star rating (tap up to five stars), add a title, and write your review in the space provided.
Some ideas of what to include: why you listen to the show, what you like about it, your favorite episode(s), how the show has impacted you, what you’ve learned from listening to it, any insights or shifts you’ve experienced, or anything else. - Submit your review.

Hi, I'm Eva
I started my own journey with Self Mastery work several years ago, after I’d tried different forms of therapy without getting the results I wanted. I soon started combining the Self Mastery work with meditation, somatic experiencing, and other practices which accelerated the progress and changed my life completely. From a state of depression, PTSD, and panic attacks – to joy, peace, excitement about life, and a brain in coherence.
Today, I’ve helped hundreds of clients to change their limiting beliefs, heal wounds and move past conditioning so they can live the life they want. I teach retreats and workshops around the world and lead online programs.
