For ten years I’ve come to the ancient spiritual university of Teotihuacán.
First as a participant on power journeys.
Then co-teaching and guiding others there.
Starting with skeptical sips, I drank its wisdom and medicine.
But each year, it let me into new solar systems of its universe.
Humbled, I’ve stumbled out from every journey into its hidden doors and tunnels.
I’ve sat in shame, discomfort, and fear, and I’ve shaken in ecstasy.
My cells and awareness re-arranged.
Peace and power, where there used to be fear.
Seeds planted that grew into supernovas, impossible to deny.
Teotihuacan has been my spiritual earthquake, and my north star.
Swallowing the red pill, without knowing where it will take me.
Since saying Yes to Teotihuacán by whispering:
“What do you want to show me?”
that first year on top of the Pyramid of the Sun,
nothing has been the same.
And nothing has felt more like home.
From living a life that didn’t feel like mine.
To becoming me – in ways my mind couldn’t dream.
Last year in Teotihucán, nine years of initiation was completed.
It gave me the keys to the place and said:
Go play.
So that’s what we’ll do.
This is year one of a new cycle.
A year of re-discovery.
I don’t know what Teotihuacán will be.
I know it wants to move differently.
I’ll tread humbly on new grounds.
Listening and feeling.

The spots for year one are limited to 15 earnest seekers, ready to go deep.
I’ll take you on a mystical and intimate journey, out of your ordinary life of limited thinking and into the depths of Teotihuacán.
We’ll stay at the Dreaming House, a short walk from the ancient pyramid grounds. Enjoying embodiment sessions, conversations, meals, music and laughter at our Hacienda in the mornings and evenings. Most days we’ll walk to the grounds for consciousness immersion and dreaming practices.
I’ll share my personal stories, channel the energy of Teo, as well as guiding you deep into your own direct experience of divine consciousness. Year one is a year of re-discovery, not for structure and concepts. It will be the birth of something new and the setting is intimate. I expect the group to grow over the years.

Before November 1st: All your payments are 90% refundable, including the deposit.
November 1st – December 10th: We’ll refund any payment except for the deposit.
After December 10th: Any cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
We recommend getting travel insurance that covers expenses in case you get ill or for other reasons can’t travel closer to the date.
Our home for the week
We stay and enjoy our family-style meals at the beautiful hacienda, Casa de los Sueños. The Dreaming House. The rooms are simple and comfortable with private bathrooms. There is wifi in the common area. We have our morning and evening classes in the larger teaching rooms.
The traditional kitchen is staffed by family members and can accommodate allergies and dietary requests as far as possible. We enjoy our home-cooked meals in the big dining room together.
January is the coolest month in Teotihuácan with highest temperatures between 73-77 F / 23-25 C. Lows at night will be around 50 F / 10 C. There is sometimes a chance of showers in the afternoon. The elevation is about 7200 feet with nice mild weather throughout the year.

I’ve been coming to Mexico for ten years and always felt safe on these journeys. We stay at a walled Hacienda in a small village, used to visitors and tourists. You’re driven from Mexico City Airport to the Dreaming House by their own drivers. Make sure you have company by a fellow traveler if you go wander about in town. You’ll be fine.
We haven’t lost anyone yet on these journeys.
You need to be able to walk for about a total of 1.5 hour per day. It will take us about 20 minutes to walk to the grounds, and 20 minutes back. Some days we’ll cover larger distance on the grounds, and others we’ll stay in one place. There are steeper stairs when climbing pyramids but the grounds are mostly flat grass.
If you have problems walking, a taxi can be arranged to drive you to and from the grounds to save energy.

You will get all the practical information in our Teo group once you’re registered. But here are the basics:
January 12-18 2025
Arrival: Plan to arrive at the Mexico City airport before 2:30 pm Sunday. A driver will pick you up and take you to the Dreaming House. We will have an early dinner and an opening session that night.
Departure: The formal teachings will finish Friday around noon. Then we relax in the afternoon, shop, and enjoy a fiesta in the evening. Departure is Saturday after breakfast. Plan for your return flight to depart mid-day or afternoon if possible. If you need to catch an earlier flight, arrangements can be made to get you to the airport.
A taxi ride to the airport outside the normal arrival and departure window will incur an additional fee of approximately $60 US.
You don’t have to share about your own process. You are allowed to be as private as you wish. It is entirely optional.
We open up sharing opportunities during the day, or at evening class. Often someone’s realization or question helps another person with some issue they were wrestling with. Most sharing happens in the casual social times in between and at meals.
We are very careful to steer away from what would look like group therapy sharing. That is not the path or processes we work with. You are more likely to be invited to spend parts of the day in silence, or to be guided inward for deeper self-inquiry.

- If you’ve done some previous work with observing and changing your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and want to grow your self-awareness.
- If you feel motivated to take a big leap and experience unconditional love and expand your consciousness.

If your mind wants to complicate it more than that, it’s welcome to. But it really can be that simple.
Yes, this trip can be for you. You can be as private as you like. There are no requirements to share. You could spend the whole week in silence and do the process as a silent retreat. You are invited to be a part of every process, but not required.
We offer a process and respect how each individual wants to do it.
If you want to go off on your own at different times, or not show up for a class, you are free to do so. All we ask is that you let your group leader know so we know you are taken care of and not looking for you when you don’t want to be found.
PS. What many of us discovered was that our past experience of groups gave us that “not belonging” feeling because the group didn’t know how to be kind and accepting. This often happens at a young age. When you find the right group that is willing to accept you, just as you are, then we can shake off the “not a group person” narrative.
