These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Self Mastery and Beyond Stockholm AB (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By registering for The Embodied Relationship Revolution (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Embodied Relationship Revolution (ERA) is an online coaching and education program that supports healing attachment wounds and cultivating embodied, loving, sovereign relationships.
Upon registration, you will receive:
Lifetime access (as long as the platform exists) to a comprehensive library of pre-recorded video and audio practices.
Access to additional material added to this library in the future.
Six (6) months of access to live calls, community spaces, and support on Mighty Networks, starting from the date of enrollment.
A minimum of twenty (20) live group sessions, with the possibility of additional calls depending on the program calendar.
Replays of live calls will be available during your 6-month live access period. These replays are not accessible once your live access ends.
Live sessions may be recorded and used as replays for enrolled members. By participating in live calls or applying for coaching, you consent to being recorded and having your voice and image shared within the Program. You may request not to be featured by notifying the team prior to your participation.
Call recordings of prior cohorts may be available within the practice library. Access to these recordings is included in the practice library lifetime access.
If you are featured in a coaching clip and later feel uncomfortable with it being included in the replay archive, you may request review. While we cannot guarantee removal from distributed content, we will handle your request with care and respond in alignment with our GDPR obligations.
You agree to pay one of the following:
Retreat Package:
Includes one (1) in-person retreat of your choice in Mexico (January) or Spain (April), valid within one year of registration.
Retreat travel and accommodation not included unless otherwise specified.
Bonus: Two (2) additional months of live calls (total of 8 months access).
Couples Package:
Includes access for both partners via separate accounts.
Bonus: One 90-minute private session with Eva, valid for 6 months from registration.
Alumni Early Bird:
A discounted rate is available to alumni during the June enrollment window.
By selecting a payment plan, you commit to paying the full program price. This is not a subscription. Lifetime access to the practice library is granted only upon full completion of the payment plan.
If a payment fails, we will issue up to three (3) reminders to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the final reminder, your access to all Program content—including live calls, community, and practice library—may be revoked.
We offer a 14-day refund period for new purchases. To request a refund, email support@selfmasteryandbeyond.com with your full name, email, and date of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the full amount less a 3% card processing fee.
No refunds are provided after 14 days. If illness or major life events occur, you may request in writing to pause your live access, which may be extended at our discretion.
If you choose to discontinue payment or withdraw from the Program after the 14-day period, you remain responsible for completing your payment plan and forfeit further access.
You will receive:
Lifetime access to the evergreen practice library (upon full payment completion).
Six (6) months of access to the community space and live sessions (or eight months with Retreat Package).
Participation in live coaching may be recorded. Replays are available to current members only during their live access window.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Login sharing or account gifting is not permitted.
Community behavior must remain respectful. Disruptive conduct will result in removal from the Program without refund.
All materials are owned by Self Mastery and Beyond and are protected by intellectual property law.
You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use these materials.
By sharing feedback, testimonials, or comments, you grant us the right to use them (anonymously or with first name only) in marketing materials unless otherwise stated in writing.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants. Sharing personal stories or screenshots outside the Program is prohibited.
Under GDPR, you may request access to your personal data or request removal. Requests will be handled in accordance with EU law. However, retrospective editing or removal from call recordings or shared materials may not be possible once distributed.
The Program offers educational and coaching resources. It is not therapy or medical treatment. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.
This Agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden. Class actions are waived.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to participants.
Effective Date: This Agreement is effective upon registration in the Program.
