Have you been so focused on fixing and keeping yourself safe,

that you don't know how to feel good?

We all think we want what’s good, safe, loving, and joyful in our relationships – but the surprising truth is that parts of you have gotten used to struggle. They might even feel safe with it. Struggle, protection, and survival are the known – while feeling safe and at ease are the unknown.

Maybe you:

  • learned to feel safe by withdrawing – so you don’t know how to create joyful connections
  • got used to taking care of everything on your own – so you aren’t practiced in opening up to receive
  • long for loving attention – but the way you learned to get any attention at all was by feeling miserable

If you unconsciously feel unworthy of goodness, not trusting that it will stay or afraid of the next bad thing happening – you tend to sabotage or push it away. Which keeps you in the endless pursuit of safety and ease without ever learning to HAVE and BE it.

So what’s the way out of this loop?

To experience a state of goodness (instead of always feeling like there’s just one more hill to climb) – you need to re-train your nervous system, meet the parts that are afraid of letting go of struggle, and embody the goodness you want.

I want you to fall deeply in love with life, and yourself as one expression of life. To have relationships where you feel seen, celebrated, respected, and uplifted. To feel excited to get up on a Tuesday morning.

When your whole system can receive the goodness – you will attract more of it into your life and know how to bring it into your relationships.

From a state of depression, PTSD, and panic attacks – to joy, peace, excitement about life, and a brain in coherence.

Today, I’ve helped hundreds of clients to shift reactive patterns in relationships by healing core wounds, get out of survival state, and move past conditioning so they can live the life they want.
