Included every year is a journey to Teotihuacán, the ancient City of the Gods.
Here we’ll spend a week immersed with in-person teaching, ceremony, and embodied dreaming practice – because some teachings can’t be learned online. They have to be walked.
For more than ten years, this sacred place has shaped my own path. It continues to reveal new layers of the work—and of myself.
Now it becomes part of yours.

When I was little, I searched my grandmother’s house for the door to Narnia. After reading the books, I knew there had to be another world hidden somewhere.
Years later, I found it.
It wasn’t in the back of a wardrobe. It was within me. Now I spend my life taking others through that door.

Certification isn’t obligatory: Two ways to take the training
Some people come because they know they’re here to coach. Others come because life is asking something deeper of them. Both belong here.
Certification is for when you want to coach professionally. If you’re walking the path for yourself, you don’t have to go through the certification.
Each certification level includes:
- 40+ hours of real client coaching
- 20+ hours of peer coaching
- Live supervision and mentor feedback
- Personalized coaching assessments
- One week of in-person teaching and accommodation in Mexico.
- Certification upon successful completion
Continue through all three levels to complete:
- 120+ hours of real client coaching
- 60+ hours of peer coaching
- 500+ hours of training, practice, and supervision
After successful completion of each level, you’ll earn the title of Embodied Self Mastery™ Coach level I-III and be licensed to use the Embodied Self Mastery™ Method according to our professional guidelines.

Q&A
Calls with Eva will be every other Thursday at 4pm CET. These calls will be recorded if you can’t be there live. Practice calls will be set up at various times by members, based on time zones and availability.
We’ll start at the beginning of October. The first phase with learning will be October – December, second phase with training January – March and the certification process in April.
You need to be in (or have done) Alchemy + ERA to take the Coaching training. If you’re not yet in those programs, we’ll set up a package for you.
You need to be motivated to continue doing this work and integrate it into your body, not just learn theory. You don’t need previous coaching experience
No. Facilitator Training will be included as a bundle and you can move through that material in parallel with the coaching training.

No. If you’re not sure about year 2 and 3, sign up for year 1 only.
We don’t offer refunds since we allocate resources for each participant. If you’d get sick, we can pause your training access, and you could continue another year.
That’s okay. The Teo power journey isn’t obligatory, but highly recommended.
When you sign up for year 1 – only the February journey is included and can’t be transferred to a different year. When you sign up for year 2-3 – you could transfer the November journey to a February journey, but not to a different year than your coaching training is happening.
