In this 10-week meditation course we will dive deep into a meditation experience together. With understanding of the different parts of our being and clear practices I’m giving you the steps you need to shift out of a narrow focus and high beta brainwaves to experience yourself as consciousness.
Meditation has been one of the greatest tools in my own process of self mastery. It has helped me understand the origin of my thoughts and discover a different experience of myself underneath those thoughts. It has trained my focus, reduced stress-levels and increased my ability to change my emotional state. Now I long to the peace and absolute joy I experience during my daily meditations.
My journey with meditating didn’t start with bliss though and in this course I give you tools to navigate your own journey more easily.
You will be guided through different meditation techniques and learn to navigate resistance and common traps so you can deepen your experience. I will share research and facts about brainwaves, nervous system behaviour and stress responses so that you have greater knowledge on the long term effects and motivation to continue practicing.
