Use your complaining to find your desires

05 June 2024

Have you noticed how easy it is to fall into complaining?

Loud complaints around your partner when they don’t seem to listen even when you asked a hundred times. Sneaky complaints, hidden under what sounds like a kind request but indicates they should have known. The bounding ones during the coffee break or a chat with a friend. The ones that never leave your lips but play like a broken record in your head.

When you keep thinking and speaking from lack – from everything that shouldn’t be here – you’re training your brain to pay extra attention to it and therefore experience more of what you don’t want. Whoops.

In this episode, I guide you through a practice to turn your complaints into desires.

So you can take back personal power, get more of what you want in relationships, and enjoy life on a whole new level!
